Rhenus is a leading player in the Netherlands. The organisation has subsidiaries at 32 different strategic locations throughout the Netherlands and uses a number of agent networks, enabling the company to rely on professional partners worldwide.
Rhenus’ services include air and ocean freight forwarding and road transportation. Our skilled staff will gladly give you personal advice with regard to the transportation of your goods to their destination and will take care of all the necessary documents.
We are specialised in both the import and export of goods. Special departments have been created to take care of goods, which require special attention during transport or have deviant dimensions. We offer groupage (consolidation) services. We also provide attractive rates for courier or smaller door-to-door shipments. Depending on the specific requirements of the shipment, such as size and urgency, we provide a tailored service concept, which is based on the offers of the existing courier services.
Rhenus has a large number of offices in the Netherlands and is strongly represented in this country. Our airfreight forwarding activities are located at national and regional airports. Our ocean freight forwarding activities have offices and warehouses in main port Rotterdam. Our European road transportation centres are located in Etten-Leur, Hillegom, Oldenzaal and Venlo.
